[This one was a specific question to Lao Tzu about Humility — I figured who better to ask? … And he did not disappoint! Hope you find his message helpful. — Rob]
Rob: Let’s see if we can bring in the old man (Lao Tzu). He’s just cool. And by cool, I mean very calm. I normally meet Lao Tzu at a particular place, a bench in a grassy area right in front of a pond with a Shinto shrine in the background — I realize that’s Japanese and not Chinese, but that’s what I see. But he’s saying, “Nope, let’s sit on the beach.”
So Lao Tzu, thank you for joining me. I know you always have something to say about humility. Do you have anything to add?
Lao Tzu: Thank you, Rob. Yes, you know I do. I asked to sit here in front of this expansive ocean to make a point.
Each drop of water in that endless sea is fulfilling its role in the overall role of the tides of the ocean, the nurturing of the lives that live within it. And each drop of water is fulfilling that function with the love that Yeshua spoke of, knowing its part in the greater plan, its part in the greater reality. All of that is done with love and, yes, humility. No one drop is known to the beach over any other, and yet they all work together to fulfill the whole … and what a beautiful creation it is!
Just as all of you in the sea of humanity are but one drop … and humanity extends far beyond what is here on this planet. This planet is but one beach. It extends so much further, far more than you know. The point is, as that individual drop of water, you don’t need to be known to fulfill your role.
You can if you are called to do so. There is nothing wrong with that. I am not here to dissuade you from anything you are called to do.
But within the function, the plan of Ascension, you are fulfilling your role by being that love, that love that Yeshua spoke of. That in itself is its own reward. Look at what you have created already, and think of how much more glorious it will be in the coming days, weeks, months, years, and the ultimate fulfilling of the Mother’s plan for this planet and for all of humanity.
And while you may be one drop in the ocean of humanity, you are all known to the Mother. So carry on with that thought. Let that sink in … or should I say soak in?
Rob: Thank you, Lao Tzu. I wonder if you have anything else to say about the recent events in my life and how that might relate to humility?
Lao Tzu: Yes, Rob, and you are finding your way through that. The fact that you are questioning how does this relate to humility means that you are in fact applying the lessons of this particular blessing and virtue. You understand that love is the answer and that any one of you, your feelings, don’t matter as much as the overall outcome. Yes, your feelings matter. Yes, you are allowed to have any and all such feelings, but that is only a means to an end. In the end is the creation of all of you collectively achieving what you have set out to do to fulfill your vision of what life will be like after ascension to the higher dimensions is fully realized.
Carry on. As we all say, you are doing fabulously, all of you. With that I’ll leave you now. Perhaps you should sit here a while and watch the waves crashing on the beach, the gentle motion, the wind. Feel the blessings of Gaia and know that you are part of that whole.
With my love, I bid you farewell.
Rob: Thank you.
