Rob: I invite in Archangel Gi’Anna … Gaia. I see her coming to me from across the roadway with the ocean in the background. She sits with me.

So, Gaia, thank you for joining both of us today. I wonder if you can give me some guidance, maybe some pointers or just some general information about the whole notion of being grounded, remaining grounded, connected to the Earth.

Gaia: Thank you, Rob and team, for inviting me today.

Yes, you have heeded the call. You have taken the steps you needed to take in order to include in your daily practice a way to stay grounded, connected to the Earth, literally using your technological means to allow the energy of the Earth, the physical Earth, to flow through you. It is true what you said previously. An organic body, any living thing on Earth, on the planet, was designed to operate within the electromagnetic structure of the planet itself. If you remove yourself from that connection, over time, blockages in your energy field will arise, and that will ultimately result in dis-ease or, as you say, disease, ailments, physical maladies.

At this time of reawakening, it is so important to reconnect to the Earth. If you live in a place where that is difficult due to weather or other circumstances, then the grounding mats that you’ve purchased are a great solution. The point is, as you continue this practice, you will adjust your own energy field. It will normalize and smooth itself out and return you, your physical body, to the functioning that it was designed to do, to be, as a denizen of the planet itself.

But being physically grounded — and this can happen in the water as well. The act of swimming or holding your hands and feet in the water, in a living body of water — will do the same for you. So remember that as you’re sailing this year!

But beyond remaining physically grounded, it is also just as important for you to see yourself as part and parcel of the biosphere of the planet. You are one living creature amongst billions, perhaps trillions, and not just living creatures, but all natural entities to include the rocks, the minerals, whole mountain ranges, entire oceans. They all have consciousness. See yourself as part of that grand consciousness. You’re all connected. You’re all connected to me. You’re all connected to each other. As was just said, what happens to one has an effect on all.

As you go about your day-to-day life, see yourself as being connected — again, not just physically grounded but mentally and emotionally and spiritually connected to everything else you see. You cannot be separate! To be separate from all that you see would mean death in the physical. If you are alive, then you are connected. See yourself as that. Be grateful for what you see and for your very life, your breath, your heartbeat. All of those physical processes are intertwined.

Does that answer your question?

Rob: Yes, Gaia. Thank you.

Gaia: Well, thank you. This has been fun!

And I will end with the same message that we’ve given previously. Plug in whenever you need an energy boost. Keeping your feet grounded on the mats is a great way to do this, but even in times when that’s not available to you, breathe! Breathe in the energy of the world, of the planet. Fill yourself up, and breathe it back out to affect all others in the same way. Again, we are one. You are part and parcel of my body, and I thank you so much for all that you’re doing, for being at the vanguard of those who are learning to reconnect.

Go with my deepest love. Thank you again. Farewell.
