[There seems to be a growing expectation that the governments around the world will disclose in 2026 that the extraterrestrial presence on Earth is, in fact, real. We’ll see. Given that possibility, I channeled Ashira of the starship Neptune, asking when. At the end of our conversation, he suggested that we ask to see them when looking at the night sky — I did just that on New Year’s Eve, and was rewarded with a sighting of a very fast moving, non-blinking light that was clearly not an aircraft! 😃 — Rob]
Rob: I’m asking to speak to Ashira of Neptune, so of course, whenever I talk to him, I see myself on board ship — a very, very large ship — but usually in a hallway somewhere between the main bridge and the galley, with big windows on the side, overlooking Earth.
So welcome, Ashira. Thank you for joining me again. I was wondering, how are we doing on the disclosure front? Any news to share about when that might happen? That is, disclosure of when it becomes general, public knowledge about our Star Family legacy and history and heritage.
Ashira: Welcome, Rob. Welcome, all. Once again, welcome aboard ship. We haven’t spoken for quite some time, so I appreciate the opportunity, appreciate you reaching out.
[Regarding] your question about disclosure, this is of growing interest to many, many people within the human population. And I think you’re already aware that the disclosure, as you call it, is not a singular event. It is a process, a process which has already begun. In fact, it could easily be argued that this is a process that has been decades in the making, ever since events in your 1940s.
This has been the plan to be more forthcoming, to make that transition, so that humanity is aware of who we are, and therefore who you are, for we are connected. You refer to us as your star family. This is intentional. This is an indicator that we are, in fact, a family, that many of you have originated, the human species has been affected, has been developed by many, many advanced civilizations, as you would call us.
We have been here for a very long time. This has been depicted in your art for a very long time — hundreds, if not thousands, of years. So yes, there has been a program of denying our existence, of conditioning people to think that anything to do with extraterrestrial races is all to be debunked, to be scoffed at, to label those who think this way as conspiracy theorists or in some way mentally deficient.
But at the same time, if you think about it, you have been conditioned for a very long time to accept that there is, in fact, a galactic community that is waiting to welcome you in community. Your television program, Star Trek, was just such a means of disclosure, a means of conditioning people to be more accepting of the possibility. And this, of course, has continued through your movies, the Star Wars series, and far more recently, many other, many other movies.
Your cinema is a way of planting the seed into the minds of those who are watching of what the possibilities may be. It is all presented as fiction, but underneath it all, it is all meant to get you used to the idea of the possibility that you could interact with beings who looked very different than you — humanoid, perhaps, i.e. two arms, two legs, one or more heads — that you can walk around and interact with, communicate with.
This is indeed the case, but again, all of those are third dimensional representations of something that goes much deeper than that. It is true that the vast majority of your star family exists in a higher dimensional space, therefore, physical form is not much of an interest. That is simply a way we choose to be represented, based on our heritage and our origin.
But most of the communication is done at a telepathic level, connecting heart-to-heart, mind-to-mind, and the existence is really at an energetic level. So physical representation is not that important. It is simply how we choose to represent ourselves to you in a way that is more accepting to you.
So to your question of, when will disclosure happen again? It is happening already. There is more and more in the news that is coming out, more and more television programs that are coming out that are dealing with it at a non-fictional level. It is starting to be accepted that this is, quote, “real.”
Regarding when an event might happen, where it is unequivocally clear to all that there are, in fact, craft that are orbiting your planet and have been for quite some time, that all depends completely on the state of human consciousness. As you alluded earlier, this will not happen until humanity is ready to accept us openly, peacefully.
So in terms of the timing, again, that is completely up to you, but I will say events will continue to escalate. The snowball, as it were, is rolling down the hill, gathering more and more momentum. More and more people are beginning to question and to accept the possibility — and, in fact, getting excited about the possibilities! — of joining a galactic community and seeing what life at a higher level has to offer.
If all proceeds on the trajectory that it’s on at this moment, this will certainly happen within your lifetimes, and it’s conceivable that it could happen within the next 5 years. Again, this all depends upon the state of the world — first and foremost, achieving global peace. We will not arrive openly while there is warring happening on your planet. We will not take sides. That is not our place; that is not our call; that is not our mission.
But of course, as you well know, you may contact us anytime you choose. As you suggested to your teammates, go out in the night sky and ask to see us. Ask us for a sign, a flash of light, any way that is acceptable to you. We are happy to accommodate. We are looking for the connection. So when we are asked, we are thrilled to make our presence known.
