In our one-on-one, personal coaching sessions, I will offer you a safe, supportive, confidential, and non-judgmental environment, where you can explore at a pace comfortable to you to learn who you are and why you are here.
The first appointment will be a short (~ 30 minutes), free-of-charge discussion to allow you to understand how the coaching session(s) will happen and for you to decide whether you are comfortable with me. Subsequent sessions
will be $150 per 1-hour session.
