All right. I’m not necessarily seeing anything, but [I’m] calling out to Humfire, to Humphries. I’ve been thinking a lot about and seeing a lot of different articles talking about the energy, the energy that’s transforming us all right now, and I’m wondering as one who hasn’t typically focused on energy in the past, how do I connect with that more readily?

[Pause] I’m just trying to feel the energy now. I get the feeling that he’s standing here, shaking his head at me, like, “OMG, what do we gotta do with this guy?!”

Humfire: Well, hello, Rob. Hello, all. And thank you, by the way, both of you, for joining Rob in these sessions.

Yes, he gets the sense that I’m shaking my head at him; he knows that he feels the energy far more than he acknowledges. In his channeling the other night, he was starting to get the message about expectations. The problem is he’s expecting something else, so when it happens, when he’s feeling the energy, he doesn’t acknowledge that that’s what it is, because of the expectation that it should be something other than that.

So feeling the energy, it’s really more about acknowledging how you feel in any given moment. When you were on the boat the other night and looking at that gorgeous sunset and seeing a color on the water that you had never seen before, what was your feeling then? THAT, connecting with that, is feeling the energy, allowing yourself to understand that this is something new, this is something you’ve never seen before, you’ve never experienced before.

So it is simply a matter at those moments when you’re acknowledging that this is something new to connect to your feelings, to your heart. Anchor that. Anchor that feeling. Remember that. Set the intention right there in the moment: I choose to remember this feeling. And then in times when you want to feel such an energy, just remember. Pull that back up. Remember how that made you feel.

You had read a book once that men (males) are typically wired that they have a “visual Rolodex” in their memory. They can scroll through images and remember events in their lives through the images that they have stored away. The same can be true for feelings, remembering what a particular feeling [was], associated with one of those images perhaps.

Allow that to become part of your reality. Focus on that. After some time, this will become second nature, and you won’t have to consciously think to do this. It will just happen.

In fact, I might recommend flipping through your visual Rolodex and think about how each event made you feel at the time. Pull that into your heart. Every one of those events that you remember with such clarity has left a mark, not just on the memory of the visual image, but on how it changed your energy pattern. Start focusing there.

You very often want to feel the energy physically in your body, and this happens at times. You feel a buzz. Perhaps you even hear a sound in one or more [of your] ears. This is another way of experiencing the same, but those things only happen when you achieve a particular vibration. But to get started, focus on the feeling. The rest of that will come in its own time.

But start with how any scene, any scene that you’re witnessing, that makes you feel admiration, gratitude, or even love (for it’s all an expression of love in the end) that those are the feelings that raise your vibration, to pull you into the zone, as it were, and open you up to evermore increasing vibrations. Again, start there. Try that for a while.

So at this point, let’s see if either of your teammates have any questions for me.

Teammate: Hi, you talked about to raise your vibration focus on a feeling. So you’re saying, if I’m understanding — because I have to get into this mental thing first; you know that. You know this about me. — regardless of what’s going on, I can divert my attention to a moment, a memory, to raise my vibration, and as I raise my vibration to these more wonderful feelings of gratitude/ love, that’s connecting me to the heart of One? Is that what you’re saying?

Humfire: Indeed. That is exactly what I am suggesting. And then from that place, for whatever it is that you’re facing, then from that point of higher vibration, then you can extend that into that current situation and find something there that you can either assist or will assist you in raising it further.

Teammate: I just had an ah-ha moment!  😉
