[This is the Q&A portion of the channeling session with Yeshua that I posted last time. The first part was channeled by me with our teammate Jo Ann asking the questions, and the second part was channeled by Jo Ann with Rachel asking the questions. I find this to be very helpful, practical guidance. I think you will agree. — Rob]
Part 1: (channeled by Rob)
Jo Ann: May we ask a question, Yeshi?
Yeshua: Certainly.
Jo Ann: Okay. So in terms of goal setting, [using the] creation formula, and so on, if I am understanding you correctly now and also based on the other materials we’ve studied, if we have a creation [project] that we wish to create, do we spend time envisioning what it will feel like, what it will look like, what it will mainly feel like, I guess, when it’s accomplished, and [then] create an action plan. But then, go into a meditation state, go into a listening state, for guidance on the next steps.
I’m trying to make sure I understand the relationship, or the sequence, or the process for creation, which is visioning in the future, and visioning action steps to accomplish that, and then listening for guidance on what those action steps should be and what the next process should be.
Yeshua: This is exactly so. Again, there is nothing wrong with — and, in fact, we encourage you all — to envision what it is that you desire. And all the experiences in your life have brought you to the point of being able to discern better what it is that you want and what it is that you do not want, so that you may envision better that future state. Feel it. Allow that emotion to come, that feeling of gratitude, thankfulness, joy for that state.
But as you just said, entering into that state of complete presence opens you to receiving the guidance on what is the best way to get to that state. So very often, when you are creating your action plan, if the actions that you are choosing to take are not in complete alignment with getting you to that point, then you are in some way inhibiting your own progress towards that goal.
I would suggest, first, you enter into the state of complete presence within your own heart, completely centered to just be. Allow and let the guidance on what actions to take to come to you while in that state of complete receptivity. Be patient. Allow it to unfold, and it surely will.
Does this answer your question?
Jo Ann: Yes, and it also brings up another question … or maybe a statement of understanding. I read often that before you go to bed, if you will write the question that you want an answer to, and then sleep and, in the morning, just go into a meditative state, the answer will often come. That is, I think, some of what we’re saying here, also.
Yeshua: It is. So often, in that sleep state, or more appropriately, in that half-sleep state, you are already naturally in that state of centeredness, of being present. You are not yet encumbered by the thoughts of the day. This is when you are completely in a state of receptivity. This is why the suggestions are to do exactly as you suggested, at that time of day. But that does not mean you cannot enter into that state consciously at any point during the day. Yes, it will require practice.
Does that suffice?
Jo Ann: Yes. Thank you. Thank you, Yeshi.

Part 2: (channeled by Jo Ann)
Rachel: Yeshi, do you mind if I have a question?
Yeshua: Of course, of course, of course.
Rachel: What caught me is, during the process of being present, I’ve been doing a lot of talking to all of you, and I don’t necessarily hear you (or any) when I’m doing my prayers. Is it because I’m not present enough? Or is it because it’s not coming, or it is coming and I’m missing it?
Yeshua: Yes. When you say talking with us, are you doing the talking or the listening?
Rachel: Well, I’m asking for help, and then I let it go, and then I ask for help, and then I let it go. I’m using “help” here, but there’s other words that I could use too.
Yeshua: So sit with it, my child. Calm your mind. Believe. Calm your mind. Believe that we are listening, and we are answering. Your fear or your hesitation or your doubt, maybe, that we are listening, that we will answer, could be clouding your pathway.
Trust. Surrender. Allow. That is the statement you have all used many times. Trust that the answer will come to you. Surrender. Stop looking for it so hard. Just relax into the moment. Relax into your breathing and hear what you hear. And if you don’t hear, my child, that’s okay.
You are blocking this somehow. Go back and breathe, but trust and just allow good communication to fall through. It is something like channeling. You did not think you could channel earlier, when this group was started, and now you do it beautifully. You commune with us beautifully. You connect with us beautifully. You listen to us beautifully. Why? Because you expect to now. The fear is gone. The doubt is gone.
So go into your quiet place. Go into your heart. Go into the stillpoint. Be present with your breathing, and just listen to the quiet.
The answer may not come right then; maybe it is a little later, while you’re taking a shower or preparing dinner or witnessing something on the television or in your community, and it will be like, “Aha, that’s the answer! That’s the answer.”
So listen, my child. Be aware of the nudges, the gentle nudges that come your way. So often, you, as humans, will hear something, and you’ll say, “No, that’s can’t be right. Let’s just … that can’t be right. No, I’m going this way (and that says going another way). That can’t be right.” When you get that urge, stop and listen and consider that the path that is being directed may be the path we are offering to you.
Does that make sense, my child?
Rachel: Yes, but do I have to be in a meditative state?
Yeshua: Not always.
Rachel: When I’m talking to you, I can talk to you as I’m [doing an activity.]
Yeshua: Always, always, always, always, always! You can talk to us at any time, but the answers often come when you’re not worrying about the problem, when you are trusting that the question will be answered in the appropriate time, in the right time.
Rachel: Right. So I don’t have to sit in my chair and meditate.
Yeshua: No, that is helpful, because it opens the channel. It blocks the mind, the continual chatter that goes through your mind when your mind is racing, here, there or yonder. It is occupied. The space is full. You are not open to listening, to hearing. But when the mind is relaxed, when the mind is not racing, you are much more open to hear the words, the feeling. Sometimes it is not words. Sometimes it is a feeling, a gentle nudge, a strong intuition to do this or that. Does this help?
Rachel: It does. Thank you.
